With the updated Notification Step in Intellistack Streamline, you can configure automated messages that are sent to recipients at specific points in your workflow via email or SMS. For example, HR teams can automate employee notifications—like policy updates, onboarding steps, or benefits enrollment reminders. This eliminates the need to manually chase updates, ensuring employees receive the right communications at the right time, and reducing delays in HR processes.
Simplify In-Person Consent Collection

For example, collecting in-person signatures just got easier. More Data Safety with Workflow Step Access Management
Security and compliance within Intellistack Streamline are strengthened with the new Workflow Step Access Management controls. Admins can now specify exactly who can view, edit, or complete individual workflow steps. - Event Integration: Google Sheets — The Google Sheets integration in Intellistack Streamline enables customers to update a row in a selected sheet within a chosen Google Sheets workbook as part of their workflow. By mapping workflow data to specific cells, customers can seamlessly keep sheets up to date in real time. This is helpful for tasks like logging form submissions or maintaining live status reports. This integration eliminates manual data entry and ensures Google Sheets always reflects the latest information from automated processes.
- Event Integration: SendGrid — The SendGrid integration step in Intellistack Streamline allows customers to send emails from their existing SendGrid account as part of any workflow. Customers can send basic messages with workflow data in the body, or fetch advanced SendGrid templates and automatically populate template variables with real-time workflow data.
